Common Issues

Unable to sign in
Make sure your account has been registered and authorized by your organization. Contact your HR or system administrator if you are unsure.
Camera not working
Ensure that camera permission is enabled for VISAGE in your device settings.

iOS: Settings > Privacy > Camera
Android: Settings > Apps > VISAGE > Permissions > Camera
Location cannot be detected
Ensure that location services are enabled on your device and VISAGE has permission to access your location. You must be within the geofenced area defined by your organization.
Unable to mark attendance
Check your internet connection and make sure both camera and location permissions are enabled. If the problem continues despite having a strong connection and correct permissions, contact your organization's VISAGE administrator.
